Human factors research
The key to new design opportunities is identifying unmet needs through careful observation. This can involve large national or international studies or just spending a few days going deep with a handful of thoughtfully selected participants.
Strategy & ideation
We have a lot of information, but what to do with it? This is where we take the pile of information we’ve gathered during research and distill it down to the key insights and opportunities. The output of this phase often includes a visually rich deliverable communicating the key learnings.
Concept development & communication
At this stage, we bring ideas to life by visualizing key moments in the future user experience. This is useful for internal communication, sharing with partners, and user feedback. The scope can range from a quick storyboard to fully produced short films.
UX/UI design & prototyping
After we’ve defined an offering at a high level, the next step is to dial in the details. This often involves detailed UX/UI design, visual design, prototyping, specifications, production of graphic assets, and collaboration with engineering to ensure the execution is true to the vision.
